What to Expect as a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence, providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Creating and dispatching case/tickets to the proper queue, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining high-level knowledge of our extensive product suite, staying up-to-date on new features and developments

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/support environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to manage time effectively and multitask/prioritize projects, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
