Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Work Opportunity at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects associated with our Clinical Adjudication and CAPAS operations. You'll be responsible for working with large data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your ability to think critically, work independently, and demonstrate arenaflex values such as collaboration and accountability will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines

• Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement patron PA documents at various stages of the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
• Analyze and interpret large data sets, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, including override issues and other CAPAS-related tasks and projects

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification

• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques, including data visualization and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access and SQL
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
• Experience working with MS Access database
• Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude
