Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Science Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and implement effective strategies. Your expertise in data science, customer support, and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our company's future.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and implement effective strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines and budgets
• Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decision making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes and address complex issues
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives
• Lead and manage teams to achieve business goals, develop talent, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Essential Capabilities

* Proven experience in data science, including analysis, modeling, and visualization using tools like SQL, R, Python, Succeed, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience working with open-source data science and analytics tools, such as Python, R, Flash, and others
• Strong leadership and management skills, with at least 2 years of experience in direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and address complex issues
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline

• Experience communicating at the executive level
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives
