Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for fielding real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment from customers globally. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing caring and compassionate service to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through real-time calls, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
  • Work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment

  • Knowledge of fashion and style industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and phone systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
