Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Developing close relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences

- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills, technical experience, and knowledge (a plus)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily, with attentiveness and patience
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
