Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer care professionals. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying new solutions, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving sales growth
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet, secured workspace
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with sales and upselling techniques
