Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers and patients
• Registering sales on assigned sales register, processing transactions, and handling returns, exchanges, and other customer requests
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stock areas
• Assisting with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
• Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal and promotional displays
• Providing support with photo services, including digital ID photo services and banner printing
• Taking on web pick-up orders and processing customer requests
• Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork with colleagues
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to controlled substances and customer data protection

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, patients, and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a minimum of 6 months of experience
