Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative working remotely, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing information about products/services, pricing, and promotions, and assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, using problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns, ensuring that customers receive seamless and consistent support.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, using customer service software and communication tools to track customer interactions and preferences.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with the ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
