Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead – Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and compliance, to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain packaging standards, guidelines, and best practices across all arenaflex brands and product categories

• Collaborate with purchasing, design, and store operations teams to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's quality, safety, and sustainability standards
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and cost savings
• Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging meets regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Develop and maintain packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and instructions
• Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers and manufacturers, to ensure that packaging meets arenaflex's standards
• Provide training and support to arenaflex employees on packaging best practices and standards

Essential Qualifications

* 4-year degree in a related field, such as packaging, business, or engineering

• 4+ years of experience in packaging, including experience with packaging design, development, and implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and cost savings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with packaging software and systems, including packaging design and simulation tools
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and industry standards, including FDA, EPA, and ISO requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with packaging design and development, including experience with packaging design software and systems

• Experience with packaging testing and validation, including experience with packaging testing equipment and methods
• Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental regulations, including experience with packaging sustainability initiatives and programs
• Experience with packaging innovation and design thinking, including experience with design thinking methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of arenaflex's business and operations, including experience with arenaflex's packaging policies and procedures
