Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including calls, SMS, and emails
- Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters with a focus on resolving their concerns efficiently
- Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
- Assisting customers with order processing, modification of existing orders, and shipment details
- Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; however, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
- English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must for this role
- Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
