What You Will Do in This Role

As a remote Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Assist external users of our technical products or services, identifying, investigating, researching, and providing resolution to user questions and problems.
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through customer-centric troubleshooting approaches.
  • De-escalate customer concerns and follow established escalation procedures to resolve technical issues.
  • Solve complex, unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer.
  • Probe for understanding and provide effective solutions.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • One year of related technical experience (preferably in hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair).
  • A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (BYOD).
  • Relevant technical expertise related to our program.
  • A strong customer service orientation and courteous demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills.
  • Dependability and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking skills, including flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
