Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design and implement data solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Design and implement data solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and customer support
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business success
- Manage budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives

Essential Capabilities
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, R, Python, and Tableau
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, including machine learning and statistical modeling
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Preferred Capabilities
* Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical field
- Experience communicating at the executive level
