What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Business Development and Support, you'll be responsible for: - Handling High In-Bound Call Volume: You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Providing Clear Communication: You'll provide customers with clear and concise information about charges, billing cycles, and payment methods, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of their account. - Maintaining Product Knowledge: You'll maintain a working knowledge of all products and services offered by arenaflex, ensuring that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. - Applying Sales and Service Skills: You'll apply sales and service skills acquired from the Standard Operation Procedure during customer interactions, ensuring that you're providing exceptional customer experiences. - Collaborating with Colleagues: You'll work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide support, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and consistent experience.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role. - Strong Communication Skills: You'll need strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - Data Entry and Computer Skills: You'll need basic data entry and computer skills to navigate our systems and software. - Ability to Operate Office Equipment: You'll need to be able to operate office equipment, such as printers and scanners. - Efficient and Accurate Handling of Money: You'll need to be able to handle money efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customer transactions are processed correctly.
