Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Basic PC and internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately

Essential Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Processor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
  • Identifying and classifying documents based on client's requirements
  • Working on various tasks, including data entry, verification, and manual identification of forms (MEDI)
  • Problem-solving and self-guided work, with close supervision as needed
  • Complying with company policies and standards
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a data entry or customer service role
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
