Your friendly personality and exceptional communication skills will shine in this role, as you engage with customers in real-time, resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work independently, using your own device to access social media and website chat functions, and will be required to follow provided steps and instructions closely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
