Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and customers. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in mechanical services and light remanufacturing will be invaluable in ensuring that our clients' soft drink dispensing equipment is in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink dispensing equipment as per arenaflex's standards

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues with soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on dispensing hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
  • Certification in customer service or technical repair

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including mechanical aptitude and knowledge of soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
