Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing exceptional customer support. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary of $32/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Provide exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, customer support, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights
