Key Responsibilities

As a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk – Typing – Houston, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data into our system with high accuracy and speed, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and error-free.
  • Typing at a speed of 60+ words per minute (wpm) to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Reviewing data for errors and correcting them as needed to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, which will be regularly reviewed and discussed with your team lead.
  • Working independently in a remote setting, using your own initiative and judgment to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Communicating with your team via email and chat, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
  • At least 1+ year of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 60+ wpm.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting, using your own initiative and judgment to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • A reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.

Part-Time Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk
