Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with Customers: Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly Resolving Issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to Requests: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
- Upselling: Upsell if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to Work Remotely: Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Age: Over 18 years of age.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Education: High School Graduate or GED.
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and Prioritization: Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success in a remote work environment, you will need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace.
