Key Responsibilities

- Assisting passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates.
- Handling baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims.
- Facilitating check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Providing information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies.
- Resolving passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers.
Required Skills
