Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately entering a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the timely processing of claims and applications.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within our arenaflex database software
• Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Reviewing data for discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information
• Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills:

• Excellent alpha and number recognition skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour (equivalent to 45-50 wpm)
• Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
• Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying

Required Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity is preferred
