Job Summary

Compensation and Benefits
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.85/hour
- Flexible scheduling: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling to meet business needs
- Comprehensive training: 5 weeks of paid training, including self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training to ensure your success

Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, your typical day will involve:
- Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer service inquiries
- Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue
- Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns
- Processing account requests
- Providing guidance on product features and diagnosing hardware/software issues
- Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed
- Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
- Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
- Properly documenting notes and summarizing conversation details
- Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop your skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
