Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary

Working Hours
