Job Summary
We're looking for career-minded, customer-centric individuals who are experienced in providing best-in-class customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Essential Job Functions
* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to:
+ arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools + Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) + Other relevant software and systems
Requirements
* Type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Customer service experience
Location and Hours
* Work from Home in Approved States
- 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities
