Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our claims coordination unit by providing accurate data entry, follow-ups on missing information, and invoice reviews for claim processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Accurately enter claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6-12 months of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or claims coordination)
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
