Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure excellence in service delivery
• Providing top-tier customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats
• Maintaining a commitment to working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring reliability and consistency

Qualifications

While prior experience in customer service is preferred, it's not mandatory. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Technical Requirements

Compensation

As an independent contractor, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• The starting pay is the minimum wage in your state for any work under 40 hours per week
• Full-time earning potential ranging between $40,000-$60,000 annually based on performance, hours, and customer satisfaction
