Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the "Voice of arenaflex," you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service and support through various communication channels. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and resolving a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats by determining the cause of the problem, finding a reasonable solution, and communicating that solution to the customer
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of arenaflex products and procedures to accurately aid customers in a timely manner
  • Navigating multiple databases across multiple systems to provide the quickest response to the customer
  • Delivering a customer experience that helps to drive unsolicited, positive "word of mouth" advertisement for arenaflex
  • Taking ownership of challenging/sensitive situations and resolving them with a sense of urgency and empathy
  • Demonstrating consistent achievement in meeting all required quality, call management, and productivity metrics as well as adhering to all processes and procedures within the department
  • Performing other duties and/or special assignments as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service position, with call center experience preferred
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual in French or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient PC skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus
  • The ability to thrive in a work environment that mandates low mobility and high observation
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule and equally share in all schedule rotations and business hours deployed by the department if necessary

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will receive over 200 hours of paid virtual training in arenaflex products to ensure you are ready to assist our customers. You will also be paired with a tenured teammate to prepare for success in your new career.
