Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within our database software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, ensuring seamless claims and application processing.
  • Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, facilitating prompt resolution and minimizing delays.
  • Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our operations team.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent alpha and number recognition skills, with the ability to accurately enter data with minimal errors.
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately, meeting productivity targets and deadlines.
  • A typing speed of 45-50 wpm (equivalent to 10,000 keystrokes per hour), ensuring efficient data entry.
  • Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a group, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting assigned shift requirements.
  • The ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time, based on the specific position for which you're applying.

Required Experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
  • Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.
