Job Description : Lead the future of workers' compensation technology at Enlyte. This visionary role goes beyond traditional product management—you'll spearhead revolutionary innovations that fundamentally transform how the industry approaches medical bill review and claims management. Your Impact As Director of Product Management, you'll drive transformative initiatives that redefine workers' compensation:

  • Revolutionize Decision Support: Pioneer AI-driven tools that deliver real-time "next best action" recommendations to adjusters, dramatically improving claim outcomes and efficiency
  • Transform Adjuster Workflows: Lead the creation of seamless, integrated experiences that automate routine tasks and empower adjusters to focus on high-value activities
  • Harness Predictive Analytics: Build solutions that anticipate claim complexities before they arise, enabling proactive intervention strategies

Strategic Leadership You'll lead a team of 3 to 5+ workers' compensation product managers while collaborating with executive leadership to:

  • Establish a bold, forward-thinking vision for our product ecosystem
  • Identify emerging market opportunities through deep industry insight
  • Drive substantial revenue growth through innovative product strategies
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps that balance short-term wins with long-term transformation
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to bring breakthrough ideas to market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, Computer Science); Masters/MBA preferred
  • 12-15+ years experience in the workers' compensation market with preference for having demonstrated innovation as a claims professional or in product management
  • Proven leadership experience in a claims organization or in workers' compensation insurance, healthcare, or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance dynamics and workers' compensation challenges
  • Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies to solve complex business problems
  • Strategic vision paired with execution excellence
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $165,000 annually, including annual management bonus, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
