We are committed to driving success and providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. Role Description This is a contract, 100% remote role for a Telecommunications Project Manager. MME Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Telecommunications Ordering Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end ordering process for AT&T voice, data, and mobile services for our customers in the SLED (State, Local Government & Education) sector. This is a direct-hire opportunity only. We are not accepting C2C candidates, third party submission, or agency outreach at this time. Key Responsibilities: · Place and manage orders for AT&T voice, data, and mobility services · Project manage orders from submission through completion and activation · Serve as the main point of contact for customers – providing regular status updates via calls and emails · Work efficiently within AT&T’s Business Center and ROME systems · Ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: · Experience ordering and managing AT&T telecommunications services (voice, data, and mobile) · Familiarity with AT&T Business Center and ROME platforms (strongly preferred) · Strong project management and organizational skills · Excellent communication skills – comfortable making regular customer update calls · Prior experience working with SLED (State, Local, Education) customers is a big plus · Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Position Details: · Part-time with clear opportunity to grow into full-time · 100% remote (work from home) · Flexible hours (core business hours required) If you have solid experience with AT&T ordering processes and enjoy managing projects while delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
