The Sr Brand Manager- Marketing supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Job Description: Lead Brand Strategy & Platform Development
- Co‑lead an agency engagement to develop the full brand platform.
- Translate the platform into actionable toolkits: messaging matrices, value‑prop frameworks, tone/voice guidelines, copy banks, and creative guardrails.
- Establish portfolio strategy and naming systems.
Build Insights into the Work
- Design and interpret qual/quant research; synthesize findings into insights.
- Develop segmentation and consumer portraits.
Stand Up Brand Governance & Enablement
- Launch brand governance systems, templates, and guidelines.
- Create playbooks, training, and internal enablement.
- Build a brand center of assets.
Elevate Messaging & Creative Strategy
- Own brand voice and messaging architecture.
- Write creative briefs and evaluate creative for strategic alignment.
