Insurance Virtual Assistant (EZLynx Experience Required)Full-Time | Remote | ASAP Start

We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on EZLynx experience to support our backend operations and data management.

This is a long-term, full-time role ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and keeping systems organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client and policy data in EZLynx
  • Maintain clean and organized agency records
  • Support internal workflows related to quoting and cross-selling
  • Assist with CRM updates and process improvements

Required Experience

  • Must have real, hands-on experience using EZLynx in a live insurance agency
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred but not required

This is not an entry-level role.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
  • Fully remote
  • Start date: ASAP
