Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Oversee registers, managing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
