Key Responsibilities
As a Content Tagger and Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content
- Reviewing and tagging content to enhance the viewer experience
- Maintaining the quality and consistency of metadata across all content
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve metadata-related issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content tagging and metadata management
The arenaflex Engineering Team
Our engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the Open Join platform, which includes:
- Cloud microservices that customers interact with directly after pressing 'Play'
- Systems for ensuring seamless and resilient video streaming
- Services critical to making cloud video games possible
- Load-balancing algorithms for optimizing hardware utilization
Challenges We're Solving
Our team is constantly seeking to answer complex questions like:
- How can we design our systems to react to failure, internet traffic shifts, and other real-time adjustments?
- How do we steer traffic for live streaming over the backbone?
- How can we ensure the highest quality content is available to improve the viewer experience?
- What is the optimal way to process petabytes of content to optimize throughput?
- How should we design our streaming hardware given customer behavior?
