Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex card members via phone, chat, and email channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch service to card members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling a wide range of inquiries, including account inquiries, billing questions, and assistance with card benefits and rewards.
• Listening actively to card members' needs and concerns, offering empathetic support and personalized solutions.

Requirements
