Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis, with the project estimated to last between 6-9 weeks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for updating data within our Salesforce system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Your role will be crucial in maintaining data confidentiality and providing easy access to our Sales team. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Updating existing data in Salesforce with precision and accuracy
• Verifying data by comparing it to source records, ensuring consistency and reliability
• Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure seamless data access and utilization
• Contributing to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to type 40+ WPM consistently, with a high level of accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
• Working knowledge of U.S. geography, including state and city names
• Written and oral understanding of the English language, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• High school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
