Key Responsibilities

• Conducting studies using your smartphone or webcam
• Entering data into our system using Microsoft Word or Excel (or other tools as needed)
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Communicating with our research team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection and a mobile device or computer
• Strong data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and take direction
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (or other tools as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support. Additionally, experience working with Amazon, customer service representatives, medical professionals, drivers, or medical receptionists is a plus.
