Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
• Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
