Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in updating data within our Salesforce system. Your attention to detail, computer skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Updating existing data in Salesforce with precision and accuracy
• Verifying data by comparing it to source records to ensure its accuracy and integrity
• Maintaining data confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
• Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure seamless data access and utilization
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or errors in a timely and efficient manner
• Meeting productivity and quality standards to ensure the success of the project

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Ability to type 40+ WPM consistently with high accuracy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
• Working knowledge of U.S. geography and ability to understand geographical data
• Written and oral understanding of the English language
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial in this role:

• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with data security protocols and confidentiality agreements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
