The Voice of the Customer Method

Our VOC team is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from across the globe, using a sophisticated methodology that involves surveys, dashboards, and other tools. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our Agile team in technology, to transform and innovate our VOC method. Your primary focus will be on helping us improve and preserve our new VOC technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with our Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, your duties will include:

• Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
