Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proficiently using MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms to manage customer inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Efficiently handling customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email, to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Showing strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Undertaking data entry, file management, and various administrative projects to support the smooth operation of our business.
  • Exhibiting a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be computer savvy, with ownership of a personal computer/laptop and a stable home internet connection.
  • Accessibility to an earpiece or earphones for phone communication.
  • To be customer-oriented, with the ability to adapt and respond well to diverse personalities.
  • To be proactive, quick-thinking, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Position Details

* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

  • Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Shifts Available: 4-hour shift, primarily morning shifts, Monday through Friday
  • Work Setting: Fully remote
