Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer requests and complaints with empathy and understanding
  • Overseeing and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on flights, courses, and evaluating data
  • Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure prompt resolution
  • Responding to messages and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Screening flights and resolving any discrepancies or issues

Position Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and managers
  • Great listening skills and a willingness to extend a calm, consistent demeanor in all interactions
  • Stress resistance and adaptability – the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Conscientious and self-motivated – the ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure climate
  • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and varying hours as required by the Call Center schedule
  • Ability to focus and execute with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate the terms of the organization's Agreement of Carriage
  • Ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in software and reservation systems used in the industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a virtual call center environment
