Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing orders, answering phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps, processing their orders, and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing orders via voice message and email, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Entering data and processing orders with speed and accuracy, using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Providing efficient and effective communication with customers and team members
- Working with other members of the customer service team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
- Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, phone, organization, and customer service skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process orders with speed and accuracy
- Efficient communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to begin work between 6pm-8pm
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
