The Role
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments with customers, and responding to their needs through email. You will also maintain an organized system, documenting and recording services, and keeping track of account changes. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Requirements:
* Customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls

- Highly organized, producing orderly, precise, and efficient work
