Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing friendly and professional support to clients
- Assist clients in understanding insurance benefits and services, ensuring they receive the best possible experience
- Manage client accounts with precision, helping with updates, enrollments, and other tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent service from the comfort of your home
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding service standards
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (strong English)
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Zoom, email, and digital forms
