Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst – Supply Chain Optimization for arenaflex's Walmart & Sam's Partners

About the Role

As a Customer Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the supply chain operations of our Walmart & Sam's partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis within the arenaflex route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets for our Walmart & Sam's partners.
• Conduct transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the order to cash value chain to determine impacts on cost, service, and waste, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with our Walmart & Sam's partners to manage GRS settings, ensuring optimal orders and driving logistics efficiencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins.
• Create and present relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales teams, ensuring organizational alignment and driving business decisions.
• Analyze, validate, manipulate, and interpret complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with our customer and MDM teams to drive robust customer and product data governance, ensuring data synchronization with our customers using industry standards.
• Analyze internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends, improving service and cost to serve.
• Address all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with sales teams to ensure all needs are met, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for channels, ensuring strong performance management and business decisions.

### Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process.
• Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI, and advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required).
• Experience with ERP and TMS systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay (a plus).
• Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience, with a strong understanding of the retail industry.
• Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience (a plus).
• Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, operating cross-functionally and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
