Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including data entry, patient experience, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience
+ Greet patients and offer assistance with items and services + Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience + Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience
Data Entry and Administrative Support
+ Perform data entry tasks, including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management + Ensure the accurate handling of prescriptions and patient information + Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and inventory management
Clinical and Health Services
+ Perform clinical and health services, including vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results administration + Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions + Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Collaboration and Communication
+ Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives + Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders + Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited institution
- Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
- Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records, and legal compliance
- Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records, and legal compliance
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology systems
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
