Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience. You'll be responsible for making outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats from clients, educating customers about their coverage options, resolving inquiries with empathy and efficiency, and maintaining accurate records and policy details.
