Key Responsibilities

  • Offering support and product guidance to customers, helping them navigate our website and find the right products or solutions.
  • Logging and tagging chats to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

  • Collaborating with your virtual team to ensure seamless support and resolve any issues that may arise.

A Day in the Life

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll work independently from home, using our easy-to-use chat software to interact with customers. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
