Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Implementation Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and implementing Live Chat solutions using Intercom, a leading customer messaging platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Conducting thorough analysis of customer support workflows and identifying areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications
